Hello everyone... no real updates today. Richard has not shown any progression. All of his vitals are looking good though. Heart rate, blood pressure, etc.
This afternoon while Richard's wife, Molly and middle daughter, Ashley were visiting with him he was moving his hands and feet around quite a bit. Ashley was holding his hand asking him if he could squueze her hand. He had some slight movement in his fingers but didn't actually clench his fingers down. After she let go of his hand he moved his hand across the blanket that his arm was resting on and clenched his fingers around the corner. He bagan pulling the blanket in an upward motion three or so times. It was quite a milestone in Molly and Ashley's minds. However the nurse informed them that it may just be natural reflexes... we will continue to believe what we want ;) We are all so proud of him for holding on and trying so hard.
